Jessie Cave found out that she would be Lavender Brown in the Harry Potter Series on November 13th in 2007. The Harry Potter Team is thrilled to have her on board and have given her nothing but praise and positivity. Jessie replaces the old Lavender Brown played by Jennifer Smith. Harry Potter and the Half Blood Prince is scheduled to be released in theatres on November 21st of 2008.
